CVSS offers a number of different consulting services to meet the needs of our clients. This can be as basic as a CVOR health check, abstract accuracy reviews, mock audits, or our preferred way of assisting our clients is through a retained consulting agreement.
CVOR Health Check
A CVOR health check is exactly what it sounds like, a check up on your CVOR abstract and we will review your operations to ensure you are meeting your off road requirements as well. We prefer to start with this option as it is a way to overall see how your company stands without a time consuming mock audit.
CVOR Abstract Review
Your CVOR abstract is something that companies generally ignore until an insurance company requests it or you receive a warning letter from the MTO. Unfortunately as an operator it is left up to you to review your record to ensure that it is accurate. CVSS can not only review your abstract with you for accuracy, but we can also have the inaccurate matters amended or removed which often with lower your overall violation rating.
Mock Audit
A mock audit is the best way to determine really where your operations would stand if MTO were to audit you. This can be a tool in order to make changes before you have issues or make sure that you are going to pass a facility audit before MTO conducts one and it impacts your safety rating.
Retained Consultant
Retained consulting services is really where our passions lie at CVSS. This is where we get to work with our partners on a weekly basis in all areas from driver training, driver hiring & onboarding, CVOR monitoring, and assisting in any way that we can help you or your driver. As a retained client you will have 24/7 access to one of our team members for assistance in emergency situations.
ELD Setup and Monitoring
We are familiar with Fleet Complete (BigRoad) as well as Geotab and can assist you with installing and setting up your fleet to ensure you are ELD compliant. In addition to the setup we can monitor your fleet and drivers for compliance and to ensure that you are getting the most out of your system.
